2005 Diablita Red Wine Sonoma County

The oldest sister, Diablita is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petite Sirah. She grabs your attention with her looks and great taste. Unpretentious enough to have with a pizza, she’s sufficiently elegant to accompany upscale fare like filet mignon.
The Diablita Red Wine is Rich and juicy blackberry, plum and black cherry flavors with an integrated band of French Oak. It has soft tannins and good balances, our Diablita goes well with grilled fare, like tri-tip and chicken, or by itself.
About Esterlina Merlot:
2005 Merlot (Cole Ranch). Occasionally, we get questions as to why we continue to make Merlot. Cole Ranch Merlot is quite unique from typical California Merlots because of the climate. The cool weather there makes the wine very Bordeaux-like. To us, that means a complex, medium-bodied wine, with light cherry and earthy-smoky flavors. Should age very well, certainly in the 7-10 year range.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, these bottles will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates. Wine is shipped "adult signature required" and must be signed for, it cannot be left without a signature.
