Description

Traditional Seminole style Doll

Looking to celebrate diversity on your season’s table in your classroom or home?  This unique Seminole-style doll is completely hand sewn by Dollmaker, Sage Otterson, with cotton patchwork typical of traditionally dressed Seminole women.  This style of dress is over 100 years old.  Her hair, made of pure wool, is coiled to portray the complex and beautiful hairstyle favored in the Seminole homeland of Florida.  A natural colored face of Palm fiber, and details of ribbon and glass beads, complete this wonderful 10 ¼” doll.
