You are bidding on 2 bottles of Sky Saddle 2005 Syrah Sonoma County.
This Syrah comes from a small, hillside vineyard in the Mayacamas hills of Sonoma County and is farmed biodynamically. Fermented with native yeasts, the wine is dark and rich with flavors of berries and aromas of stone fruit, white pepper and earth. A big, California style of syrah with explosive aromatics and a warm, smooth palate.

Winemaker notes: Certified organically grown grapes, biodynamically farmed. Fermented with native yeast in small open top fermenters and punched down three times daily. Aged 16 mo. in artisan coopered French oak.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, these bottles will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates. Wine is shipped "adult signature required" and must be signed for, it cannot be left without a signature.
