This is a 4-session series of yoga classes with Ruth Mankin.
Ruth’s classes are on Wed, Fri, Sat from 9:00-10:30am at the Downtown Dance Studio, 172 Main St, Sebastopol (down the hall from the Sebastopol Cookie Co.) and Thurs 7:00-8:30pm at Yoga Studio Ganesha, 138 Weeks Way, Sebastopol (on the Plaza).
Special Instructions
Ruth studied yoga and meditation for 8 years with Erich Schiffman, a student of BKS Iyengar and Krishnamurti. Ruth continues to study with Iyengar teachers – integrating yoga, breath, and humor into her life.
Come join Ruth’s loyal band of yogis and yoginis as we explore asanas, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility and meditation, using the breath to connect our minds and bodies, deepening our practice and moving inward.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
