Hands-on Breath Sessions with Certified Middendorf Breath Practitioner, Maria Freebairn-Smith
These sessions are an opportunity to engage in an unique one-on-one "breath conversation". This gentle process helps to free the breath from stressful patterns of resistance. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of breathing.
Sessions are one hour in length. Location: Downtown Dance/Art Space, Sebastopol.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
