Enjoy an Introductory 8 class series with Steve Rose of Sonoma Mountain School of Tai Chi Chuan.
About Steve Rose:
Steven Rose began studying Tai Chi Chuan in 1973 as a way of restoring his humanity after serving in Vietnam in 1968.
In Los Angeles he started studying the traditional Yang Family Long Form.
In 1976, wanting to deepen his understanding, he moved to New York City to study with Teacher Tam Gibbs of the Cheng Man Ch’ing School. Steven studied with Mr. Gibbs until his untimely death in 1980.
From 1980 to 1985 he studied with other senior students of Professor Cheng; Lo Pang Jeng (Benjamin Lo), Ed Young and Maggie Newman.
In 1985 Steven moved to Sonoma County, California where he continued his studies with Mr. Lo and Martin Inn in San Francisco.
Since 1986, Mr. Rose has been teaching students of all ages at his school, Sonoma Mountain School Of Tai Chi Chuan.
