Fifth/Sixth Grade Parents Valerie + Gary Testa will prepare a homemade from scratch Moroccan traditional dinner for 10 people at your house. The meal will consist of fish, lamb and vegetable tagine as well as homemade bread and a large variety of Moroccan salads. There will also be pastries and wine will be paired. Delight in the smells and tastes and relax as this delicious feast is prepared for you by these cuiinary talents!  Valerie's family lived in Morocco for 15 years and has kept many of the influences and traditions that they learned there alive in the family since then.  Perhaps the Testas might even teach you some of their secrets to these delicious dishes!
