Terra Sonoma Artisan Food Company produces food products made from winegrapes. Their products includes Terra Sonoma Verjus - an ancient acidic juice to use in place of lemon juice and vinegars - and Terra Sonoma Saba - a winegrape syrup for culinary uses - from drizzling over seared scallops to a few drops over ice cream. 2 bottles of Terra Sonoma Verjus and a bottle of Terra Sonoma Saba along with recipes included to get you started! The wine grapes are grown on our ranch in the Alexander Valley, Sonoma County by a husband and wife team. We also own a small winery named Garden Creek Vineyards. Bon Appetit!
