Challenge Quilt: 2009 "Best of Show" at Sonoma-Marin Fair. This is a one of a kind quilt! It was a "Best of Show" winner at the 2009 Sonoma-Marin Fair, and was made by members of the Petaluma Quilt Guild. The Guild wanted to engage viewers-young and old-in a game of 'spot the design, before and after embelilishment'. It's created from numerous 100% cotton batik fabrics, and is embellished with beads and colorful trims. It was machine quilted in Petaluma, has a sleeve on the back for convenient hanging and measures approx. 49" x 96".
