The online portion of Around the World with Round House Theatre is now open. The auction will run from April 23, 2010 to May 14, 2010, with the live event taking place on May 18, 2010. Proceeds go to Round House Theatre in order to support our outstanding Education and Outreach Programs. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!

Around the World Wine Cellar Raffle

This year’s RHT Wine Raffle is a treasure trove of wines that will delight the two lucky winners.  We start with true gems: A 1999 Bruno Giacosa Barolo Felletto, crowned the “king of Italian wines”, which Robert Parker gave 94 points, and a 2005 Bordeaux – an absolutely stellar year for Bordeaux – a Chateau Duhart-Milon from the Rothschild domaines.  And for bubbles?  Mumm’s the word. 

And that’s just for starters: Worthy’s Sophia’s Cuvee; Dry Creek; Starmont; Kunde Cabs.  Plus, Fiddlehead & Byron Pinots; Meursault, Rose, and Haut-Medoc wines from France; Chianti from Italy; Shiraz from Australia.  The two lots, each valued at almost $700, continue to grow!
