For those attending our event on Sunday, use this online catalogue to help you plan your bid strategy!

Grape Expectations proceeds will help the Long Beach Public Library Foundation raise money to support the twelve libraries in Long Beach with supplemental literacy programs including the Family Learning Centers and Raising A Reader.  

AUCTION ITEMS:

"Live Event" items are available exclusively at our event and you will need to attend the event to bid on them. 

If you are not local and have a serious offer on one of these items, please contact our office at (562) 628-2441.

AFTER THE AUCTION:

If you won or bought an item online and do not pick your item up from our office, your item will not be shipped until AFTER our main event. 

To expedite shipping, at the conclusion of the auction, please send an email to lbpl.foundation@charter.net with:

(1) Your Name
(2) The item(s) you won
(3) Verify your shipping address (We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes)
(4) And the following statement "I approve my card to be charged for the shipping of the items I won."

Shipping will begin on July 1, 2010, and may take until July 10 depending on the item. 

Winning bidders are responsible for all applicable shipping, postage and insurance charges on EVERY item, whether noted or not. 

If you purchase a "Buy It Now" item that contains alcohol- please note the following restrictions: Must be 21 years or older.  May not be delivered to a P.O. Box.  Person accepting the package must be 21 years or older. 

Alcohol can only be shipped to the following states:

California, Colorado, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming

All items are sold as is, so please read restrictions and descriptions carefully!  

We apologize, but we cannot refund your donation.  

If we try to contact you or ship your item(s) to you and we cannot reach you after several attempts...after three months your payment will become a cash donation to the Foundation and the item(s) you won will be donated back to our organization.
