You choose the menu from among the fabulous selections provided by Sofia Riley of TGIS and Randy Kemner, owner of The Wine Country, will furnish the perfect wines.  On the day of your dinner, catering staff will bring the dinner, serve it, and clean up.  All you need to do is invite your friends and enjoy!
