Description

In an area affected by a large-scale disaster, often times music is a source of hope and healing for the people living there. Unfortunately, the areas recently affected by these disasters were for the most part economically depleted, meaning the children in that area likely were not receiving much or any exposure to music during the school day.

Current GITC Programs are running in..
- Vermillion Parish, LA
- Tammany Parish, LA (serving New Orleans area)
- Alexandria, LA
- Jackson County, MS
- Houma, LA (Starting in 2011)
