The Briefcase Race & Online Auction proceeds support all financial needs of the Faulkner Breast Centre, including but not limited to, much needed equipment upgrades, patient support and educational services, as well as the continued efforts of the Faulkner Breast Centre Research Fund at Boston's Faulkner Hospital.
Founded in 1988, the Faulkner Breast Centre is actively involved in not only the treatment of patients, but also clinical research to broaden medical knowledge about the causes and effective treatments of breast disease. Over the past seventeen years, the Briefcase Race at Loon Mountain has raised over $800,000 to help the Faulkner Breast Centre in the fight against breast cancer.
