Improv Asylum is a comedy theater that features improvisation and sketch comedy. Improv Asylum has been described as Whose Line is it Anyway? meets Saturday Night Live!. Opened in 1998, Improv Asylum has performed over 3,500 shows, for over 500,000 people. Improv Asylum has been featured on HBO, and performed in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin, Aspen and throughout the country.
Improv Asylum is located in the heart of the North End, within short walking distance from Faneuil Hall and is easily accessible via public transportation.
Finish off the night at Picco Restaurant situated on Tremont Street. All of Picco's menu items are made in house and are cooked to order. Everything at Picco is freshly prepared to ensure a delicious meal and they use the highest quality ingredients - extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy, fresh vegetables and meats, King Arthur Flour, and pounds of Scharffen Berger dark chocolate and Vietnamese cinnamon. Picco even makes their own soup stocks, sauces, sausage, meatballs, salad dressings, ice cream, and baked desserts- it’s all homemade!
Special Instructions
This package includes a $50 gift certificate to Picco Restaurant and 2 complimentary tickets to Improv Asylum. Ticket winner must call box office to reserve seats and let them know that they will be using comp tickets. Tickets are NOT valid for Saturday night shows. Shows sell out quickly so reservations are a must. Winning bidder must bring the comp ticket voucher with them the night of the show and exchange them at the box office.
