All items will be delivered beginning March 27th.  If you are purchasing an item that requires shipment outside the San Mateo, California area, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in addition to the closing cost of the item purchased.  These additional costs may be a separate transaction payable by check, Visa or MasterCard.
