PMA Legacy Awards and Auction

The PMA Legacy Awards and Auction was a great success. Thank you all for taking the time to support Presentation of Mary Academy and congratulations to everyone who:
- placed a winning bid
- generously donated an item for auction
- invited family, friends and community to make their bid to support PMA!
Payment and Pick-up Info: Please note that all items must be paid for at the time of pickup.
- Payments on winning bids are not automatically processed to the credit card that you entered on the BiddingForGood site. The credit card information you enter simply allows you to bid and if you are the winning bidder it reserves your item(s).
- PMA processes all payments on winning bids. You may pay by credit card, cash, or check. Our preferred method of payment by check, as this would allow us to maximize your bid by not having to incur credit card fees.
- If you are unable to pick-up your item in person on or before May 1, 2012, please contact shamilton@pmamethuen.org to make arrangements to have your item shipped to you at your expense.
- If we do not hear from you on or before May 1, 2012, your credit card will be charged on May 2, 2012.
Pick-up Dates at PMA, 209 Lawrence St., Methuen in Front Lobby:
Sat - 4/28 - 10am - 1pm
Monday 4/30 - 8am- 3pm
Tuesday 5/1 - 8am-3pm
Auction items will be awarded to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. The law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall govern with respect to all auction sales. Please make sure you are aware that ALL bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. No cancellations or refunds permitted.
