Here's the opportunity for your child to be the Summit Head of School for the day!

Your child's day will begin outside with Dr. Mele-McCarthy in the morning to greet the students as they arrive for school. As director for the day  your child will accompany Dr. Mele-McCarthy to her office to review the day's schedule and then begin the day's work. Your child will be able to write one proclamation that will take effect the following week (of course subject to Dr. Mele-McCarthy's approval) such as no homework or extra recess. Dr. Mele-McCarthy will also take your child and two friends out to lunch. 

At the end of the day, your child and 100 of his/her closest Summit friends will all enjoy popsicles. The day will be documented with a photograph since this will surely be a cherished memory. Also, the marquee at the entrance to the school will also recognize this special event.
