Pickup of Won Items:  If you received a winning bidder notification from Hickey All-Star Online Auction, pickup of won items will be on Thursday, March 8th at Hickey Elementary School in the Library, 4100 Coldwater Creek, Plano, TX  75074 from 6 - 7:30 p.m.

Payment Options at Pickup:  If picking up your won items at Hickey Elementary School, you have the option of paying for your items by check at pickup.  This saves Hickey Elementary PTA the credit card processing fee.  Otherwise, we will charge your credit card for the amount of your won items.  If you wish to pay by check at pickup, please send an e-mail to hickeyauction@yahoo.com by Friday, March 2nd at 12 p.m. C.S.T., letting us know that you will be paying by check.  If we have not heard from you by this time, then your credit card will be charged for your won items.

Shipping of Gift Cards and Gift Certificates:  If you cannot pickup your won items at that time, then you are responsible for arranging for pickup of your items.  If you need gift cards or gift certificates to be mailed to you, please send an e-mail to hickeyauction@yahoo.com prior to Friday, March 2nd at 12 p.m. C.S.T., letting us know that you need your won items to be shipped.  You will be charged postage and certification of arrival.
