Description

Brazilian Restaurant in Allen.  Get the churrascaria experience.  If you've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, this is a great first. You sit at tables and waiters bring you all sorts of different roasted meats throughout the entire meal. Chicken, lamb, pork, and all cuts of beef!

A Churrascaria is a restaurant serving grilled meat, many offering as much as you can eat: the servers (Gauchos, Brazilian cowboys) move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto the guest's plate. This serving style is called rodízio.

In the South of Brazil a churrasco refers to any boneless cut of beef that is sliced slightly thin as a steak and grilled over hot coals. Gauchos would have grilled churrasco as part of their tradition, now the national dish of the country, served with salad, rice and beans, side dishes of fried bananas, fried polenta and mashed potatoes and cheese bread.
