I  have had many a lobster roll in my life. I'm from Maine, my first word ever was LOB, I know lobster, so please do not take it lightly when I say that this place has the BEST LOBSTER ROLL I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!

Here's what it is. You get your choice of five sizes. from a small New England hot dog roll to a giant foot long. Now I like New England hot dog rolls better then any in the world because they are sliced on the sides giving you a perfect proportion of bread to meat, in this case lobster meat. I greatly dislike too much bread with any sandwich, I call that toast and I don't like meat on my toast. Lets keep them separate.

Now I like my lobster roll toasted and this is what I get here. I also like my lobster in the lobster roll to be plentiful and sans (without) distractions. This means no salad, no lettuce, no tomato, no nothin.

The lobster roll at Libby's Market is a perfect menage of lobster mix and toasted bun, something that seems so simple but apparently isn't. This roll is far enough above the curve for me to write about. I have not tasted it's match.
