Beautiful and functional brooch from the forties.  The brooch is a silver pin in the shape of a wreath of leaves. 

The outer diameter of the brooch is 2 inches.  The center diameter of the wreath is 1 inch.

(The picture of the back of the brooch is misleading.  The color is really silver, just like the front.)

I don't know the materials that this brooch is made from, maybe stainless steel?
