Steps To Claim Packages

A follow-up e-mail will be sent to you prior to CAMEX with the sponsoring company’s contact information.  

If you are the winner of a credit memo and attending CAMEX, please print the winning bid notification email.  If cashing in at the show, present this to the supporting vendor at their booth to be used towards your tradeshow order.

If you are not attending CAMEX OR your package consists of product to be ordered, send the winning confirmation e-mail to the sponsoring company as verification of winning the package. 

Please make contact with the donating company to begin your exchange within 30 days of receiving your follow-up email communication from NACS Foundation to make delivery arrangements.

An invoice for the item(s) purchased will be sent to you in the
next several weeks for remittance to the NACS Foundation.
