• Donated vacation homes and trips are for adults or family use only and are not transferable. They are subject to availability, black-out dates.
• Some items are available for bidding to St. Hilary families only - this is specified in the item description.
• No warranties are made with respect to the quality and/or value of items or services donated. All sales are "as is" and are final.
• Corporate logos and trademarks are for identification purposes only.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs that may be associated with winning the bid, unless otherwise noted. If shipping is needed, the cost of shipping will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped from the zip code 94920 via the most cost effective shipping method.
• Winning bidders will be able to pick-up their items at St. Hilary School after March 27, 2013.
