Are you game for learning more about the biochemistry of a hydroxyl (-OH) molecule bound to a carbon atom? You guessed it, the basic formula for alcohol. Well, if you are then here is your opportunity. Join mad professor, Ashley Ransom, and master mixologist Mitch McCullough for an evening of laboratory-induced libations in the science lab here at St. Hilary. All 20 Participants will partake in a variety of cocktails prepared by amateur bartenders in professional lab coats. Enjoy Microscope Martinis, Beaker Bubblies, Calibration Cosmos and Straight Up Solutions Palate cleansers and puu puus will be served. Taxis/rides home are strongly encouraged.
