Pick-Up/Shipping Information

Now that our auction has come to a close, we'd like to take a moment to express our tremendous gratitude to you for making our event a success. Your contribution supports the work of the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps, ReSOURCE, and the Vermont Mountain Biking Association.  Thank you for helping to strengthen Vermont communities, and congratulations on your winning bid(s)!

We would like to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  There are two ways for you to get your items.

1.      Pick up your items at the barn: Monday 12/17 and Tuesday 12/18

Save money on shipping & handling.  Pick up your items at the West Monitor Barn in Richmond, VT. Here is a link to directions.  If you are interested in picking up your items, please e-mail Matt DeFrange by noon, on Monday, December 17. Please note: we will ship all items on December 18^th if we don't hear from you!

2.      Have your items shipped to you.

Items will be shipped on December 17^th and 18^th.  Our goal is to get everything out the door by December 18^th so that you receive your items before Christmas. While we’ll do our best to keep S&H as low as possible, winning bidders are responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges. We ship via USPS.

Shipping insurance is available.  Please let us know by noon, on Monday, December 17^th if you would like to add insurance to your packages.  These charges will be added to your S&H charges.  Please e-mail Matt at matt.defrange@vycc.org to add insurance. We will only add insurance if you request it.

Please note two exceptions:

1.      ALL gift certificates will be mailed.

2.      Some of our items are pick-up only due to size, shape, or other logistics.  These exceptions have been noted in the item description. If you’re unsure of your item(s) status, please do not hesitate to direct your inquiry to Matt DeFrange.  Matt.defrange@vycc.org or 802.434.3969 ext. 114.

Additionally, please note all items are sold as is. We are unable to refund your purchase.
