The Reservoir is a 99 seat restaurant serving dinner 7 days a week and lunch Saturday & Sunday. We are located in the heart of downtown Waterbury situated in the beautiful green mountains of Vermont. We specialize in Vermont comfort food and some of the best beers available. Currently we have 38 draft beers (the most in the state) as well as a full bar and wine list. We also have live entertainment every week featuring some of the best artists around.
