sourdough bread, and leave the workshop with your very own sourdough starter.  Things you will learn in the workshop:  how to make a starter, how to keep your starter alive, how to store starter, a recipe and technique for making sourdough bread, and baking tips.   

Hannah Clark is a Conservation Field Assistant with the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps.  Hannah first fell in love with Vermont in 2010 when she worked as a Park Educator out of North Hero State Park, and she continues working in conservation education with a focus on sustainability.
