Looking to give your cooking that extra edge? Do you love cooking but loathe all that prep work? Shane Prisby would like to help you hone your knife skills. Shane will teach you basic kitchen knife skills and safety to increase your speed without decreasing your fingers. Discover your ability to julienne paper-thin onions and slice through scallions with ease.
Shane Prisby has been in food service for over five years from a caterer to production and line cook. He worked with the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps for two years as a Conservation Crew Leader and currently cannot resist sharing his love of food and cooking tips with customers at City Market/Onion River Co-op.
