Quest to Learn

Quest to Learn (Q2L) is a New York City, district 2, public school that serves 6th through 12th grade students. Established in 2009, Q2L was born out of a partnership between the Institute of Play, the Department of Education and New Visions for Public Schools. Q2L seeks to engage students and prepare them for success in the 21st century by bringing non-traditional, research-based educational methods into the classroom.

The talents of each child is honored and treasured at Quest to Learn. All students are expected to pursue academic excellence, social responsibility, respect for others, and a passion for lifelong learning.
