The rental can be from any time after noon Friday to 6pm Sunday.
Special Instructions
It has to be used by Dec. 2013 (end of this year.) and used during
April, May, Sept., Oct. based on availability.
If you prefer a quieter weekend, you may also substitute any
Nov.-March (except Thanksgiving, Christmas week, Feb. break and Easter break -- that time of year only the 1st floor of the house is open in winter, and sleeps 7).
Sheets and towels must be brought or arranged/purchased rental through http://www.linenladies.com.
House must be left clean or hire cleaning service for $300. Refundable security deposit of $500 required or, if you prefer, you can purchase damage insurance separately for $69 (owner can bill you through Homeaway.com site).
