The on-line auction may be closed but the fundraising continues. Please plan to join us at Cabanas on Saturday, February 23 from 4pm to 7pm for music, good food and silent auction so we can raise even more in support of the Newtown Parent Connection. Now that the auction has closed, we want thank the folks at MAC for their assistance with the auction and all the generous businesses and individuals who donated items to our auction. We invite everyone to join us at Cabanas today so we can raise even more to support the work of the Newtown Parent Connection, a Grassroot Foundation started in 2006 by two mothers in Newtown, CT. As time has gone on the foundation has become a pillar in the community stepping up in times of disaster, such as the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary. Great Food, Drink Specials, Live Entertainment, and more Auction items... 100% of proceeds will go to the "Newtown Parent Connection" who will earmark the donation for therapeutic purposes. Ticket $26- in memory of the 20 Children and 6 Staff members of Sandy Hook Elementary.
