If you have cancer and are fragile and alone, you can’t call the American Cancer Society and tell them you are hungry. Special Delivery San Diego is a 100% volunteer run non-profit that delivers nutritional meals to home bound and/or incapacitated people with AIDS, Cancer & other critical illnesses. Without Special Delivery, many San Diegans would go hungry and not benefit from quality meals that do provide enjoyment and better health - especially in cases of end-stage illness.
