Our very own TCJ member Zoe made these adorable clips and framed clip holder! This frame clip holder is not only beautiful but FUNCTIONAL. There are 6 large flower clips with rhinestone centers and 7 satin flower clips with beaded centers. All flowers are on an alligator style clip.
