"It has been many years since the devasttion of New Orleans from the horrific Hurricane named Katrina.  Most people either displaced or mourning a loss and even people unaffected by this tragedy were heard saying we Believe in New Orleans.  This ornament is a symbol of the Hope of returning New Orleans back to the way we all remember it.  It still continues to rebuild and we all still Believe in this Historic City.  The fleur de Lis and crown are well known symbols of New Orleans, Louisiana".  (Text accompanying ornament)
