The St. Michael's 75th Anniversary Gala and Auction 2013 was a great success. Thank you all for taking the time to support St. Michael's Country Day School and our continued educational excellence.
Congratulations to everyone who:
- placed a winning bid
- generously donated an item for auction
- invited family, friends and community to make their bid to support our school.
By bidding in the St. Michael’s Country Day School (SMCDS) 75th Anniversary 2013 Online Auction, you agree to the following terms:
- Bidders must be at least 18 years old.
- All purchased items must be paid for in full before or at pick up at St. Michael’s Country Day School or before having the item shipped.
- All sales are final - no refunds.
- All items are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Inclusion of items in the auction does not imply endorsement by SMCDS
- Please note any special limitations, terms or expiration dates prior to bidding. All items must be used by their expiration date.
- Lost tickets, certificates or letters will not be replaced.
- Purchased items, not picked up in person at SMDCS will have additional shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
- SMCDS may correct typographical errors and make changes or corrections in listings, including to the opening bid and the item description.
- SMCDS may update these rules at any time and a bidder's continued participation will constitute acceptance.
Bidders agree to release and hold harmless SMCDS and its volunteers and employees from any claim arising out of participating in this auction. Neither SMCDS, nor anyone else involved in creating or delivering the auction or any auction item, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the auction or auction items.
