Description
The Wildcatter Ranch Resort is only 90 miles West of Fort Worth, Texas. Wildcatter Ranch is a 1,500 acre resort ranch with breathtaking views of the Brazos River Valley. Enjoy a one night midweek stay in the upscale western-themed cabin-suites. Relax by the pool, enjoy a hike or schedule one of many onsite activities (not inlcuded) during your visit. Also included is a $50 credit to our own Wildcatter Steakhouse serving the finest Mesquite grilled Steaks complimented by our Wine Spectator celebrated collection of wines and spirits. The next morning enjoy breakfast in the hotel and a wagon ride to feed the herd of Longhorn cattle.

You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between March 2nd- March 4th, 2014.
1. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay Graham Charity Ball 2014 for the services/items offered.
2. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be March 4, 2014
3. Graham Charity Ball 2014 warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Graham Charity Ball 2014.
4. Items may not be returned or exchanged.
5. All travel require advance reservations and subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply to some travel donations. Please call contact person for details for availability.
By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Graham Charity Ball 2014 nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
