You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between March 2nd- March 4th, 2014.

Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay Graham Charity Ball 2014 for the services/items offered.

Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be March 3, 2014

Graham Charity Ball 2014 warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Graham Charity Ball 2014.

Items may not be returned or exchanged.

By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Graham Charity Ball 2014 nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
