Once a winner has been determined, one of the following options will be provided: pick-up or mail.  The pick-up option will always be made available to any Beverly Vista family only.  For all other families, the auction item listing will state that the pick-up option is available and the winner will be responsible for picking up the item at Beverly Vista School within 2 weeks of notification by Silent Auction Committee.  The pick-up option is not available for all items.  The other option is mail and the winner will be responsible for all delivery & shipping fees.  We will try our best to ship U.S. postal with certified, return address to keep costs at a minimum, which is approximately $6 for a gift certificate.  Bigger items will be shipped via UPS. 

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any items.  All sales are final.  No exceptions.
