DELIVERY

All items will be delivered beginning March 30th.  If you are purchasing an item that requires shipment outside the San Mateo, California area, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in addition to the closing cost of the item purchased.  These additional costs may be a separate transaction payable by check, Visa or MasterCard.

REGISTRATION
Registration is required with Bidding for Good prior to placing a bid.

If you Bid on Past Online Baywood Auctions or Other Bidding for Good or cMarket Hosted Events.  If you have bid on past online Baywood auctions or any other online auction hosted by Bidding for Good (previously cMarket), you should already have a User Name and Password.  We recommend that you test these prior to March 5th by trying to login above.  If you need assistance with User Name or Password recovery, please click on the link above titled "Forgot Password?" to request retrieval.
If You Are New to the Online Baywood Auction. We recommend that you register as a new user by clicking on the link above titled "Register to Bid" to register.  Then get ready to bid starting on March 5th!

GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Many of the items have specific conditions such as time limits and availability, etc.  The buyer is responsible for contacting the donor for items and services.  The buyer is responsible for being aware of exclusions, time limits and other requirements stated on gift certificates or donor forms.  Unless otherwise specified, arrangements for dinners, vacations homes or other activities will be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date with the donor(s).

All items are sold “as is” with no warranties, expressed or implied.  All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds are possible.

Restaurant gift certificates do not generally include gratuity, tax or alcoholic beverages and may not be exchanged for cash unless specified otherwise.  Please tip generously and express your gratitude on behalf of Baywood School.  Reservations may be required and are usually advised.

It is the Auction Committee’s intent to accurately describe all items with the information provided by the auction’s generous contributors.  The Auction Committee does not appraise or estimate the fair market value (FMV) of Auction items and all statements of value appearing in this catalog and on the Silent Auction tables have been furnished by the contributors.
