Description

Honey Stones are sort of like a worry stone, although they are intended to provide a more pleasing tactile and aesthetic experience. These egg-like forms are supposed to be a reliable little piece of the universe that you can carry around in your pocket; they are meant to relax you, help you think, even stave off boredom.
Each Honey Stone is a unique world in and of itself, which is part of what makes them so fascinating. Even the simplest of the stones has innumerable secrets, colorful chasms or shy little bubbles that can become familiar, yet somehow remain fascinating. The stones are meant to be carried in your pocket, you're encouraged to play with them, spin them around, examine them, and eventually maybe even rely on the strange little lump of glass.

How ever you choose to enjoy a Honey Stone, it is still a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Fewer than thirty have been made, but each has been made out of glass without the use of molds and as a result there is a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Colors and design vary greatly as well, Honey Stones have been made to look like fire and magma, the ocean floor, even simple rocks. Yours too will be unique, made just for you following the auction. And, even though there have been several to go smaller, it will be ensured that you receive a Honey Stone that is at least one inch in length.
