Join a seasoned ecologist for a guided tour for 6 of Audubon Canyon Ranch’s Bouverie Preserve, a private 500 acre nature preserve in Glen Ellen.
On this magnificent property you will have the opportunity to hike through diverse oak woodlands, visit a replica of a Native American village, see amazing spring wildflower displays along with views of Mt. Tam and the bay and trek along a stream ending in a majestic waterfall where peregrine falcons are nesting. You will end your hike with a gourmet lunch for 6 on a beautiful deck overlooking the property. If time permits we will visit David Bouverie’s historic house and see the last home of the famous writer and chef MFK Fisher.
Special Instructions
Children over 6 are welcome. Plan on a one to three mile hike on mildly- to moderately-strenuous terrain. Redeemable Monday thru Saturday Spring/Fall dependent on availability. Winning bidder with arrange hike directly with donor.
