You and a guest can be the Apprentice Cheesemaker for a Day at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Manhattan's own artisan cheese producer located in the Flatiron District
Spend a day in the cheesemaking kitchen learning about and participating in the cheesemaking process from start to finish.The day will run from 10:00am 1:00pm. A sampling of cheeses will be provided during your visit. Must be 18 years or older!
