One Federal, in Saint Albans, is a full service restaurant and bar with a fantastic tented banquet facility and outdoor Victorian quart yard. We are open 7 days week for lunch and dinner. One Federal makes ever attempt to go green by using unbleached recycled paper products and compostable to-go containers. We recycle, compost, and even have low flow toilets. Our cooking oils is donated and turned in bio-diesel. One Federal aims to be sustainable and local too. We use Boyden Valley Farms, Ridge View farms, VT coffee company, Cabot and lots and VT brews. We also have our own vegetable farm -- two acres this year, five acres next year! Chef Marcus former NECI instructor, Erika and Chase Hamblett have just recently returned from a cross country culinary trip and have added lots of their finds to the menu, so it should be fun and affordable too.
