Starting on October 22, 2014, IFEC (International Foodservice Editorial Council) will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help. IFEC awards scholarships every year to individuals who are starting out in their food careers and also for those seeking to continue their education in the fields of journalism and public relations within the foodservice industry. This is in keeping with IFEC's belief that communications professionals are important to this industry.
