Chefs Kathleen Sanderson and Blake Swihart, Foodservice Solutions partners, will concept, develop, test, write and edit 2 foodservice quantity recipes. These can be yielded in 12, 24 or 48-serving quantities. Nutritional parameters can be considered but we can not supply dietetic services or consultation. Market-specific targets are helpful in the development process and should be provided by purchaser.
Special Instructions
Groceries and supplies are not included in the package so purchaser pays these costs. Nutritional guidance and analysis will be provided by purchaser. Must be used by Nov. 1, 2015.
