Thinking of a remodel, or struggling to figure out if you need to move to find more space for your family? Then this is the auction item for you! Spending the time and money on an architect can actually save you money - a well conceived project can be built more efficiently and economically. The winner will meet with local architecture firm, the Office of Architecture and Design, and receive between four and six hours of time. Depending on the needs of the winner, this could be used for a variety of things. At a minimum, this can be a walk-through consultation of your existing home or property for which OAD will provide recommendations. If it is just a small project, like a kitchen or bath remodel, OAD will provide you some rough sketches of a new layout. Or, if the winner is looking to do a more extensive remodeling project or is designing a new home, the time can be credited towards a full-scope of services contract.
