The Torah Academy PTO Pre Chanukah Online Auction is now open and will close on Tuesday, December 9 a 10:00 PM! TA is auctioning off over 100 fabulous items and the proceeds will benefit the school.  Here is your chance to treat yourself or buy great Chanukah gifts for friends and family while supporting TA and Jewish education! Shop and do good at the same time!

By bidding in Torah Academy of Greater Philadelphia's ("TAGP") auction, each bidder agrees to the following:  

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted.  All items auctioned are sold “AS IS”, "WHERE IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" and TAGP does not make or express any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to auction items, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  TAGP neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, authenticity, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items.  All items auctioned have been acquired or obtained by TAGP from third parties.  By making a purchase, the buyer waives any claim for liability against TAGP for any personal injuries or damages. All values listed are estimates and items have not been appraised unless so noted.  Any item left unclaimed or returned by the carrier as undeliverable, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to TAGP without any refund to the buyer. TAGP reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction. TAGP is not providing any tax advice as to whether any or all of a purchase is tax deductible as a charitable contribution.  Buyers should consult their tax adviser to clarify the amount of deduction, if any.  Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction.  Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall TAGP have any liability to any buyer of an item in excess of the winning bid amount actually paid by such buyer for such item.  The buyer agrees that the auction and purchases made at the auction shall be governed in all respects, whether as to validity, construction, capacity, performance, or otherwise, by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, except as preempted by federal law.
