“the fine print”:
1.  All sales are final and there will be no exchanges, refunds, transfers or substitutions, except where specified.
2.  Shipping is not included in purchase price.  Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of buyer.
3.  All items are sold “as is”.  St. Edward the Confessor Parish and School, its agents and employees make no warranties, express or implied, on any goods or services sold.
4.  Dates for vacations, travel items and services are subject to mutual availability and agreement of donor and buyers, in some cases. The buyer should contact the donor as soon as possible after the auction to make arrangements.
5.  Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used by November 8, 2015.  Any extensions or changes desired by buyer must be arranged between the buyer and the donor.
6.  All gift certificates are non-refundable and have no redeemable cash value.
7.  By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either St. Edward the Confessor Parish and School or the donor of property or services.  Neither St. Edward’s, its agents or employees nor the donor are responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may result from the utilization of property or services sold.
