By participating in the auction, the highest bidder assumes full responsibility and is expected to pay for the item. East Side Elementary School, PS 267 will not incur any liability and bears no responsibility should any items become invalid due to foreclosure or changes in operations.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges. 

Each bidder or buyer, by purchasing any item on the online auction, agrees to and shall indemnify and/or hold harmless East Side Elementary School, PS 267 and all people affiliated with this auction from any consequences that may arise from the use of auction items.

Values for the online auction items have been supplied to East Side Elementary School, PS 267 by the providers of the goods and services and are to be used solely as an estimate for auction bidding purposes. East Side Elementary School, PS 267 has not made any independent investigation of these values, has not participated in the valuation process, and does not represent or warrant the accuracy of these values.
